Make me a Presentation

It is important to consult with you before we begin to develop any presentation to fully understand your requirements, desired outcomes and impact that you want your project or event to have.

We would like to get to know your organisations key messages, core values and gain an understanding of your audience. You may also have branding guidelines to adhere to.

We are happy to consult with you in person, over the phone, video conference or email and the level of consultation required will depend on the size of your project.

These FREE consultations will help us to work out what is needed for your project in terms of resources and time scales so that we can provide you with an accurate, no obligation, estimation of the cost.

Design Phase

We will ask you to share with us any imagery you already own the rights to that you would like us to use in your presentation. This could include logos, branding/colour schemes, templates, pictures, videos, audio etc

Throughout the design phase we will keep in regular contact with you and provide you with drafts for you to approve and so that you can suggest edits. We know that as projects progress they can sometimes go in their own directions and take new forms as new ideas to come to the fold and this is something we are happy to be flexible with and where this changes the timescales of the project we will keep you updated.

First final draft, testing and user training.

Upon competition of a presentation we can visit you with the first final draft of the completed presentation or securely transfer you your presentation over email with instructions of how to use and test it.

As our presentations will have been made to be very interactive with animations, multimedia etc we will want to demonstrate how you can effectively use it to engage with your audience and make sure that it meets your needs. This will often involve using a specific type of presentation clicker (which can be provided as part of our estimated costs) and we can show you how to use this along with your presentation when we meet you with the first final draft.

Following this meeting we will then go away to make any final amendments and adjustments.

On completion we will provide you with the completed presentation on a USB stick and/or by secure transfer. If your presentation is for a particular event we can be available to attend the event if necessary to provide support and make sure the presentation is set up correctly.
